如何校准?

总体来说:如果出水偏少,请调大K值;如果出水偏多,请调小K值。

具体的校准过程如下:

输入参考K值(由厂家提供,或者当前使用的K值),实际测量一分钟的过水总量,用量具称量,或者接满一个矿泉水瓶的水,然后与显示数值进行比对。

如果精度不能满足要求,

用以下公式计算出新的K值:

参考K值(当前K值)X 流量显示值 ÷ 实际称量值(矿泉水瓶容积)=校准后的新K值。

输入新K值再次重复上述校准步骤,一般进行2次校准以后就很准确了。

例如,出厂K值,或者当前K值为5,定量10L,出水称重 11L,那么新的K值就是

5*10/11=4.55 4.55就是新的K值

Generally speaking: if the water output is lower than the setting, increase the K value; if the water output is higher, decrease the K value.

The specific calibration process is as follows:

 

Enter the reference K value (provided by the manufacturer,Or the current K value), 

Measure the total amount of water in one minute, weigh it with a measuring tool, 

OR

Fill up a mineral water bottle, 

then compare it with the displayed value.

If the accuracy cannot meet the requirements,

Use the following formula to calculate the new K value:

Reference K value(OR current K value) X flow display value ÷ actual weighing value (volume of mineral water bottle) = new K value. 

Enter the new K value and repeat the above calibration steps again.

Generally, it is very accurate after two times calibrations.

For example, if the factory K value or the current K value is 5, the target amount is 10L, but the actual water output is 11L, then the new K value is calculated as:

New K value=5*10/11≈4.55

Thus, 4.55 is the new K value.
